About Us
In 2009 Lataca Ltd was formed, and we now serve a wide range of primary schools across Wiltshire from Aldbourne near Marlborough to Great Cheverell near Devizes. We source local suppliers where possible; Stiles Butchers in Bromham for our meat and AGL Fruit and Veg, based in Rowde for our veg and salad. All of our fish is MSC passed and our dry good supplier is a reputable national company.
Our menus meet and often exceed the government guidelines set out and we have also been awarded the Wiltshire Council ‘eat out eat well’ gold award, which is a government scheme to encourage healthy eating choices.
All staff at Lataca are trained regularly to meet the guidelines set out by the local authority, and also have the opportunity to take NVQ based courses whilst they work.
This encourages self-improvement and also rewards the staff for all the hard work they do.

Our Cooking
We take pride in the lunches we provide and make as much as we can from fresh ingredients, sourced when possible from local companies. We bake cakes and/or tray bakes most days, we make our own sauces from scratch and prepare our vegetables as we would at home. We understand that some children have special dietary requirements and cater for them whenever possible with similar food that’s on the menu. Please speak with one of the Lataca team if your child has a special requirement.
